20th april.
its our SYF day.
the day of excitement&anxious.
the final call.

we had tough training from 12pmto2pm at the music room.
really tough.
we stand throughout the hours,
kept repeating our songs etcetc.
& had to change our standing position.

in the end, im still in the first row.
sigh.
i'll appear in the SYF photo, ugly, i guess :S
you cant be pretty if you're singing with good dictation,
mouth wide & all.
but you can be pretty if you sang well.
still hope i wouldnt appear in the picture.

we took a bus to victoria concert hall for the judging.
& we had our very last rehearsal in the function room there.
ms kor said we did well & wants us to sing like that up on the stage.
it was our turn,
she said, "guys dont think about anything else. and do this for me."

omg
at that point of time,
i was soooo touched.
almost,
almost cried kay.
omg.

then we went in & sang.
yeap.
i was quite nervous.
i sang with my head empty.
seriously.
it was empty.

& when everything ended,
ms kor said,
the first & last song were perfect.
but the second song, the a cappella song
tenors went off pitch because autos went off pitch first.
when i heard it,
i was like phew it isnt the sopranos fault.
but so what it isnt,
we still didnt do well.
& we got a bronze.

some of us stayed back to hear the results.
me,rauf,hendry&evonne sat in a row.
both of us, me&evonne,
were super nervous.
evonne especially.
heehs(:
rauf&hendry were so scared that we'll cry.
so they said, if we were to cry we owe them bomb pratas.
LOL.
thanks guys.
& both of them made us laugh like nuts.
well throughout the journey back to school,
they made me laugh like a mad lady.
it was a really fun day
although we didnt get the result we wanted.

but i know,
BHSS CHOIR, WE HAVE THE POTENTIAL.
WE'RE THE BEST TEAM! :D
